2. Use of Our Software We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our WordPress plugins and software solutions strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Resell or sub-license the software without our express written permission.

3. Google Business Profile API Usage Our “My Google Reviews” plugin utilizes the Google Business Profile API to fetch and display data. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0.
You are solely responsible for the content (reviews) displayed on your website and ensuring it complies with Google’s content policies.

4. Data Privacy Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data or business review data to outside parties. Data fetched via our tools is used solely for display purposes on your website.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services and software are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Watermelon Web Works makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services, including but not limited to the continuous availability of the Google API connection.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Watermelon Web Works be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our software or inability to access the Google APIs.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
